Instructions
Step 1
Soak skirt steak in water for 2-3 hours
Step 2
Pound steaks using a meat tenderizer.

Toss steak with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and garlic.

Cover; marinade in refrigerator overnight.

This will further tenderize the meat.

Prepare the Sino sauce: In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, tomato purée, honey, water, pineapple juice, oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper

Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat.

Very generously baste steaks with the Sino sauce.

Let sit 1 minute.

Add steaks to hot grill; cook, about 3 minutes per side.
