Preheat oven to 325*
Step 2
Cream the butter. Add the brown sugar; then add the eggs and vanilla. Add all the dry ingredients gradually. Mix thoroughly. Add nuts if desired. Drop by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet. You do not need to grease the cookie sheet.
Step 3
Bake at 325* for 8 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool and frost. It is important that you are patient enough for the cookies to cool before you frost them or you will tear up the little beauties.

Combine 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, ¼ cup milk and 1 tablespoon butter. Melt this in the microwave stirring every 20-30 seconds, just until chocolate is melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Blend until smooth, add powdered sugar until smooth and glossy and the right consistency to spread. Spread over cookies. Add 4 nuts for the turtle feet and one for the head if desired. EAT!
