Ingredients

2 x 10 ozcans mild green chile enchilada sauce

10corn tortillas
6-inch, torn into 3-inch pieces

4 cupsshredded rotisserie chicken

1 ½ cupssour cream

1 x 12 ozshredded colby-Jack cheese blend
package, divided

1 x 10.75 ozcan cream of mushroom soup

8 cupsiceberg lettuce
shredded

1 x 15 ozcan black beans

3tomatoes
diced
Instructions
Step 1
Spoon .5 cup enchilada sauce over bottom of a greased 4-qt.

slow cooker.
Step 3
Add enough tortilla pieces to cover sauce.
Step 4
Stir together chicken, sour cream, 2 cups cheese, and soup.
Step 5
Spread 2 cups chicken mixture over tortilla pieces .
Step 6
Top with tortilla pieces to cover.
Step 7
Drizzle with 2 cup enchilada sauce.
Step 8
Repeat layers twice, ending with tortilla pieces and remaining enchilada sauce.
Step 9
Sprinkle with remaining I cup cheese.

Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.
