Instructions

mix together dough ingredients until smooth dough forms.

refridgerate dough for 30 minutes

mix butter and flour together until smooth
Step 4
shape butter mix into a 8 by five square

refridgerate butter sheet
Step 6
roll dough ball into a large sheet on a floured surface

place butter sheet in the middle and fold over dough to cover butter completely.

wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

laminate dough 3-6 times
Step 10
chill 30 minutes between each fold.
Step 11
finally roll into a sheet 1/8 in thick

start by cutting large rectangles and then cut each rectangle into two triangles.

roll triangle from the short flat side first to for crescent

allow to rise for at least 30 minutes

brush with eggwash

bake for 30 minutes at 375* until golden brown
