Delicious one pan plan dinner that can be made on the grill, in the oven or in a cast iron pan. **You can also make this in a cast iron, cook everything on the stovetop and stick in the oven or broiler for 5 minutes at the top with cheese step!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium, medium high heat OR preheat oven to 350

If making on the grill: rip two or three foil sheets (depending on the serving sizes you want) and spray with nonstick. If making in the oven, spray baking pan with nonstick.

Cut potatoes into small cubes, (1/2 inch), cut onions and pepper into similar size cubes, cut cherry tomatoes in half and put onto foil or pan

Drizzle veggies and potatoes with oil, salt, pepper and seasoning salt or Buck's seasoning (if you have it available in your area!)

Mince garlic, mix into potato/veggie mixture

Cut kielbasa into half moons, 1/2 inch thick slices, throw on top of potato/veggie

Place foil packets on grill or sheet pan in oven, cook for approximately 30 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through and kielbasa is brown. Stir halfway through.

Top with cheddar cheese, return to grill or oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted!
