Instructions
Step 1
Mix first four ingredients. Yeast, warm water, honey and salt.
Step 2
Add oats. Add flour. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sprinkle 1-2 TBS (msk) flour over the dough. Cover and let rise 1-2 timmar (hours)
Step 4
Add more flour to handle dough. Divide and shape into 4 spiraled baguettes and place on floured or oiled baking tray.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes at 260 and lower to 150 for another 12-15 minutes.
