1 Pan Lobster Mac N Cheese

Love making mac n cheese all in one pan, less mess!! This lobster mac n cheese recipe is very easy and straightforward. You can use regular cheddar cheese or american to make your mac, don’t feel obligated to use Gouda as the taste is much sweeter and creamier cheese. I always recommend using two cheeses though, the main cheese base and a sub cheese to compliment. Add more cheese if you want it saucier, I like mine thicker so I use a less.
