This is an excellent way to use up extra starter, but we found these have become a staple in our pantry. I usually double this recipe. I have included a few of our favourite topping combinations. BBQ SPICE TOPPING: 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp. Garlic powder, 2 tsp. Brown sugar,1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper. GARLIC HERB: 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp dried oregano or basil. CHEESE: grate sharp old cheddar or other cheese about 1/2 cup per sheet.sprinkle with garlic powder and salt & pepper.
