Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken thigh or chicken breast meat into tiny bites; Dice shitake mushroom into small pieces as well; Slice some green onion.
Step 2
Add cooking oil in a heated skillet, simply put diced chicken in to stir fry. Add cooking wine during this stir fry process to get rid of gamy smell of chicken.
Step 3
Further add diced mushroom in the chicken to mix. Simply season it with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to simmer for a few minutes. Finally, put black pepper and green onion in to finish the final look.
Step 4
Simply place a small bowl of rice on a plate with green vegetables on the side, add cooked chicken and mushroom on the top of rice. Ready to serve.
