Instructions
Step 1
Start by grating, your broccoli, beetroot and carrots in a food processor and set-aside
Step 2
Next heat a saucepan to medium high and dice your onion. Once diced add your olive oil and your onion into the pan and sauté until onion is translucent
Step 3
Once your onion is soft, reduce heat, add garlic and stir for 1 to 2 minutes
Step 4
Next tip in your grated veg, rosemary, oregano and salt as well, as 1/4 cup of water place the lid on and cook for 10 minutes
Step 5
After 10 minutes, remove lid stir and add passata white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and red Wine vinegar cover and simmer for another 10 minutes
Step 6
Serve with, fried gnocchi or pasta of your choice and grated Parmesan. enjoy!
