Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 200’c and line baking tray with tin foil.
Step 2
Chop up veg: cutting the carrots and parsnips lengthways. Potatoes chopped but unpeeled. Garlic in skin with ends chopped.
Step 3
Throw in baking tray. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in oven for 50 mins total.
Step 4
Throw chicken in bowl, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs de Provence and paprika.
Step 5
Place chicken on grill tray above veg and cook for 30 mins total in preheated oven at 200’c.
