Heat Grill to medium high before prepping ingredients

Let pizza dough stand at room temperature for 30 minutes

Roll and stretch pizza dough into a 12-in long oval and transfer it to a floured baking sheet. If the dough is difficult to manipulate, let it rest for another 10 minutes before trying again

Rub grill grates down with oil

Transfer dough to the grill, close the lid and cook until puffed and brown, one to two minutes

Flip over the crust

Cover with sauce, vegetables and cheese

Cook until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes

Transfer pizza to a clean cutting board and sprinkle with any additional garnishes before cutting and serving
