Step 1
In a separate bowl mix first 6 dry ingredients. Use a mixer with paddle attachment, add brown sugar and butter and mix until fluffy. Add peanut butter and bananas and mix for a few minutes then add eggs while mixing one at a time. Add vanilla, then turn mixer down to low and slowly add in dry ingredients. Mix for a few
minutes and pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan. Push peanut butter cups into the batter almost all the way. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness. Allow to rest 30 minutes to an hour.
