Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C (Fan)

Step 2
Put sultanas, sugar, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time. Once it has come to the boil, turn hob off and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Fold in the flour and cinnamon, and mix well. Add egg and mix again.
Step 4
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 1 hour. Optional: add a sprinkle of sugar to top before baking.
