Oven Fried Chicken Wings
I used party wings, legs, or thighs for this recipe. I use different spices each time but I have started doing a rub on the chicken prior to cooking it.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Wash chicken. Place chicken in a strainer to remove excess or pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
3. Mix rub in bowl or season chicken.
Step 3
4. Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray
Step 4
5. Please chicken on cookie sheet- skin side up for thighs.. Leave them in 1 layer and space out a little.
Step 5
6. Wings: cook for 35-45 minutes on 1 side
Step 6
Legs: cook for 45-55 minutes on 1 side
Step 7
Thighs bone- in: cook for 45 to 60 minutes. Do not turn thighs over.
