Instructions

Step 1
Add coconut milk, frozen bananas, vanilla extract, and salt to blender and blend at high speed until creamy and smooth.
Step 2
Add any optional mix-ins and stir with a spatula.
Step 3
Transfer nicecream into large size silicon ice cube trays for easy serving, or into one large container (you will need to thaw it for a while to be able to scoop anything). Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
