Step 1
Combine the spices and coat the chicken. Slice onion and put in bottom of crockpot. Lay chicken on top of onion. Pour salsa over the chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and serve as tacos, burritos, enchiladas or burrito bowls.
