Pasta e Fagioli Inspired Soup
Inspired by the Olive Garden Soup copycat recipe that Melissa made. I don't like the noodles so I put zucchini in it instead.

Instructions
Step 1
Saute Sausage, onions, and garlic in the bottom of the pot
Step 2
Add mushrooms, carrots, and celery to pot
Step 3
Add Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper
Step 4
Add stewed tomatoes, white beans, tomato sauce, and chicken broth
Step 5
Add zucchi
Step 6
Cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes or slow cook on low 8 hours.
Step 7
Serve with parmesan cheese on top and sourdough toast if desired.
