Easy no knead focaccia. Great by itself or for heavy duty sandwich bread for sloppy joes or pulled pork. It’s known as the oil bread so no need to hold back on the oil. A good oil will make a difference or you could use infused oil for extra flavor.

Instructions
Step 1
Add warm water honey and yeast into a bowl and allow yeast to activate.
Step 2
Add flour and salt combine until you get a sticky dough do not over mix
Step 3
Add 4 tbsp of olive oil to a bowl and coat it in the oil. Next put your dough in the oil coated bowl coat the dough in olive oil and cover allow to raise for 3-4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
Step 4
Uncover the dough take two forks and pulling at from side to middle to release from the bowl. Place in olive oil coated pan. Stretch out gently to fit pan cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours
Step 5
Uncover the dough sprinkle olive oil over the top take your finger and poke holes on the top add any garnishments you choose.
Step 6
Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy.
