Step 1
Preheat oven to 375

Cream together wet ingredients until fluffy.
Step 3
Sift together dry ingredients, add to wets a third at a time.
Step 4
Using a #50 scoop, portion dough and roll into balls. Roll each in additional white sugar.
Step 5
Space on cookie sheet and press flat with the times of a fork or a meat tenderizer.
