It is a nice mix of normal bread with the sweet morsels of cranberries and white chocolate. It was given to me by my friend’s mom thus it is named after them.

Instructions
Step 1
Stir all together and combine water to moisten thoroughly. Let sit covered for 8-12 hours.
Step 2
Place Dutch oven in oven preheat to 450°.
Step 3
Place dough on floured board form into a ball. Do not knead. Place on parchment paper and let rest 10 minutes at least.
Step 4
Pickup by parchment paper and place in hot Dutch oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook till desired brownness.
