Instructions

Step 1
Put onion, olive oil and rice in a microwave container. Stir well to coat rice and microwave for 1 minute
Step 2
Add chicken broth and garlic to rice and stir. Microwave for 9 minutes
Step 3
Stir and microwave again for 9 minutes
Step 4
Cover and cool on countertop for 5 minutes
Step 5
stir in parmesan cheese and serve
