Banana chocolate muffins (no sugar added)

Banana is sweet and I’ve skipped on sugar in this recipe. Muffins had very slight sweetness taste (like dark chocolate), which I liked. If you want them sweeter - add some sugar and reduce coconut milk slightly.

Instructions
Step 1
Mash bananas in a bowl, add yogurt
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix with a whisk; flour (both), salt, baking soda, baking powder

In a big bowl, with a mixer, mix eggs uniltil smooth. (Note, if you are adding sugar, you’d add it here.)
Add vanilla and oil, mix.
Step 4
Ass bananas mixture into the eggs, mix well. Then add coconut milk.
Step 5
Add dry mix and mix it well.
Step 6
When the dough is smooth, add cocoa powder, mix well.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 8
Prepare the muffin tray with muffin paper in it, spray with oil
Step 9
Distribute the dough evenly among the muffin cups. Here you can add decoration: for example, coconut flakes.
Step 10
Bake for 20 min. Check with toothpick if they are ready.
