Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 9" round pan. Set aside.
Step 2
Mix the bananas with a mixer until they are mashed.
Step 3
Add the eggs, 1/3 cup applesauce and vanilla. Mix together. Set aside.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together the kodiak mix, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Step 6
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Set aside.
Step 7
In a small bowl combine 1/3 cup of applesauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa. Mix. Drop by tablespoons full all over the top of the cake batter. Swirl in with a knife.
Step 8
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Cool completely before slicing and eating.
