Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c fan.
Step 2
Using a cupcake tray, put 1 tsp of oil in 6 cupcake holes.
Step 3
Add 1 sausage into each oiled hole.
Step 4
Place tray into the oven for 5 minutes or until sausages start looking pale.
Step 5
Meanwhile, whisk the batter by adding flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper to a bowl.
Step 6
Pour the batter mix over the sausages and place back in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until yorkshire mix is golden brown.
Step 7
Add the mixed veg to a pot and place on high heat on the hob until cooked.
Step 8
Once the veg is cooked, sieve out the veg, add a spoon of butter. Leave the veg water to make the gravy.
Step 9
Add gravy granules to the veg water to make the gravy.
Step 10
Leave the toads to stand for 2 minutes before serving, add mixed veg and gravy.
