27mlwhole milk

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Add softened butter and sugar to a mixing bowl and cream together.


Step 3
Mix the eggs in 1 at a time.

Step 4
Add vanilla extract and fold in the flour.


Step 5
Add milk and mix.

Step 6
Pour into a lined rectangular cake tin and place in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Icing
Step 7
For the icing add the icing sugar and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and slowly add the milk until the correct consistency is found.



Step 8
Pour the icing oven the cooled cake and finish off with your choice of sprinkles.
