Instructions
Step 1
add stock and wine to the instant pot
Step 2
put lemon, garlic and herbs in the chicken cavity
Step 3
sprinkle the top of the chicken with black pepper and dried herbs if using
Step 4
place the chicken in the instant pot on the trivet
Step 5
pressure cook for 30 minutes on high
Step 6
do not use keep warm function
Step 7
allow pressure to naturally release for 20 mins
Step 8
remove the chicken on the trivet from the pot
Step 9
drain the liquid from the pot
Step 10
brush top of chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt
Step 11
set instant pot to air fry at 205°c for 10 minutes
Step 12
when ready return the chicken to the pot and air fry until ready.
