McCormick Chili (Glosenger Variation)

A variation on the standard McCormick chili recipe that I use.

Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion.
Step 2
Green and rinse the kidney beans and black beans
Step 3
Drain the cans of Rotel, or leave in if you want a more liquidy texture.
Step 4
Mix the beans, Rotel, and seasoning in with the ground beef.
Step 5
At this point either simmer and a large pot for no less than 30 minutes, or my preferred method put it in a slow cooker for approximately 6 hours on low. Personally I think the long cooking method gives it more flavor.
Step 6
Serve. Optionally I have found cheddar cheese, sour cream, and Fritos or your preferred corn chip to be the best accompaniment.
