Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add all ingredients in part 1 and set aside for 30 minutes
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients in part 2. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-low heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Remove from pan. Set aside.
Step 4
Add beef; seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook. Breaking up meat into pieces, until browned (it'll finish cooking in the next step). Pour out the fat from the pan.
Step 5
Drain water from bulgur. Add bulgur, onion, and BBQ mixture to the pan. Cook, stirring until sauce has thickened and beef is cooked through.
