Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in pot, saute onion & celery until soft
Step 2
Add flour with wooden spoon, stir to combine & cook while stirring 2 minutes
Step 3
Remove pot from heat, slowly add milk (1/4 cup @ time), stirring constantly. Return to heat @ medium, cook while stirring constantly, until boils & thickens.
Step 4
Stir in all other ingredients, cheese last.
Step 5
Sprinkle panko crumbs & extra cheese over top & bake until browned.
