Instructions

Step 1
Get a little bit of oil in each part of your tray and get in a fan oven at 200 for 20 minutes to heat up
Step 2
Whilst that’s heating make the batter
Step 3
5 eggs 120g corn flour 100ml of milk and a bit of salt in a bowl and give a good mix
Step 4
When the oil is heated, take out the oven and get the batter in as quickly and safely as possible and back into the oven at 200 for another 25mins
Step 5
Few tips… don’t open the door until finished or they’ll sink…. For easy pouring put the batter from the mixing bowl into an easy pouring jug for pouring into the tray….
