Instructions

Step 1
Cut up the onions and peppers, put olive oil on it, and save half of it on a separate container. Put the other half on a baking pan. Season the chicken with the spices, and add a little olive oil when mixing it together. Put on top of the peppers and onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425
Step 2
Can add mushrooms on top of the chicken but let chicken cook for at least 20 minutes before putting them in. Put the rest of the bell peppers and onions on top of chicken when it’s cooked.
Step 3
Can pair with rosemary potatoes and green beans
