Instructions

Turn on broiler

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

Once boiling, break lasagna noodles and add them to the water. Boil about 4 minutes

In a large pan on medium high heat, add the oil and garlic, saute until aromatic

Add tomatoes to the pan, DO NOT DRAIN THEM FIRST. Allow the mixture to reduce for 3 to 4 minutes

Meanwhile, brown the ground beef

Add the basil to the pan

Add cooked lasagna noodle to the pan

Remove pan from heat

Add all three cheese in medium chunks to the pan

Add ground beef.

Place in oven safe baking pan

Top with grated parmesan

Broil until cheeses are melted
