Instructions

Step 1
Slice the watermelon into pepperoni sized disks 1/4 inch thick
Step 2
Whisk the marinade together in a large bowl and submerge the watermelon
Step 3
Cover with cling film and sit in the fridge overnight
Step 4
Either air fry for 30 mins at 140C, turning halfway through or bake at 140C for 40 mins
Step 5
Keep an eye out to make sure it doesn’t burn!
Step 6
When using on a pizza, make sure to cover with a layer of parmesan to provide a protective layer to stop the watermelon burning at higher temperatures, and enjoy!
