All the essentials for cooking anything. So here’s how to use this group: there’s one “recipe” for roasting different veggies. There’s also a steaming version and a grilling version. There’s a recipe that will describe pan-frying different meats. There’s a recipe for basic rice. Want to roast up some fish? It’s in there. Then there’s a ton of different sauces, seasonings, and flavoring. Finally, there’s about 4-5 recipes on how to put these together: these will be some sort of meat with a side dish. Replace the side dishes, seasonings, sauces and what-have you at will. Complicated? Maybe. But cooking is a journey and here’s a roadmap.
