Try incorporating it into curries, rice, salad dressings, and even milk or tea. Whether fresh or ground, turmeric has been making waves in the health community. Although it has been used medicinally for thousands of years in India, it's only been recently that the spice has made headlines more widely and has become available in supplement form to help with inflammatory issues.
