Keto Butter Chicken

Added a LOT more spices than what was called for as advised by many people who didn't like this recipe and it turned out better. Would make it again if I'm short on ingredients for the real deal butter chicken recipe

It was Pretty Good I've never had Butter Chicken. So it is definitely something new for me. I will definitely make it again.

Pretty good. I doubled the chili powder and it was still mostly just rich, not necessarily spicy.

Add extra spice if you're into that.

We finished cooking this. My old man tasted it, had me taste it, told me it was more of a curry than a traditional butter dish, and then told me (I'm the one that decides the menu and he told me) that we were going to be making it again. Now, that's high praise, especially seeing as he never interferes with me planning the menus.

This is definitely not butter chicken. More like curry. First time I made it, I found it very bland. Second time I made it, I used coconut milk instead of heavy cream and also added chiles for heat.

This is a creamy dish. We are not keto so we paired it with a side of jasmine rice. Everyone liked it. I added fresh ginger and since I was generous with the cinnamon (by accident) I added more chili powder. If you like spicy you will need to increase it because it can taste bland.

We make this pretty often. Not quite once a month, but that is more because there are so many recipes to try.... Anyway, our family of four really loves it, the leftovers get taken to work with my husband and he is disappointed if I don't make extra to ensure there will be leftovers. It is creamy, and not very spicy. For the adults who like spicy you may want to add a chili or portion of one to taste. Our kids currently are not big on heat.
