Pork Chops with Strawberry Balsamic Glaze

Sooo good! My strawberries went bad so I ended up using blueberries and it turned out amazing!

I think next time I'll make it a bit sweeter or use less vinegar. It turned out great though

I found this to be a little overly sweet which didn't pair well with the meat.

Overdid the chops a bit despite doing less time than recommended. Still turned out pretty good! Feels like a "fancy" recipe but it's suuuuper easy

Made the strawberry glaze for some leftover pork roast that I had in the fridge. Easy to make and was great drizzled over the pork.
