Instructions
Step 1
1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
2. Sprinkle pork with salt; place in skillet. Cook about 5 minutes, turning once, until browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Step 3
3. In same skillet, cook apple juice, maple syrup and figs over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
4. In small bowl, mix cornstarch and water; stir into juice mixture. Cook over medium-high heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
Step 5
5. Reduce heat to medium. Return pork to skillet; spoon sauce over pork. Simmer about 2 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
