Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I need to spread the chips out, last time they didn't turn out crispy. Very tasty.

Second time not so successful. Think I must have used fan forced oven at 230C last time.

I love it. But not with that type of meat.

Again with the fries, they should have been cut thinner and been baked at 500°F like suggested, I did 450 and they came out kind of soggy. I did use my homemade Cajun seasoning and the flavor was really good, just the texture was a little soft.

Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. This will help them to be crispier.

For spices used paprika and chili powder. Tasted great! Baked for 15 minutes, turned potatoes over and baked another 15 minutes. Well done, not crisp. Excellent texture!

I added oil and salt and smoked paprika to a bowl! Mixed to cover potato strips! Put in 450 degree oven with chicken legs! 35 -37 minutes total! I had already started the chicken legs!
