This recipe is a simple way to celebrate every roasty, toasty vegetable out there. I'm using sprouting cauliflower because it was what spoke to me at the market, but this simple, flavorful dish will work with any brassicas that might be in your fridge, from broccoli to cauliflower to romanesco!
