Our mochi waffle recipe is soft and chewy inside and crispy outside. Using mochiko or glutinous rice flour, it's gluten-free and can be made with different flavours. Try chocolate, ube or even pandan. We'll be making the plain version in our simple recipe. See our notes on how to get a softer texture by changing the flour ratio.
