Fried surimi
Step 1
To one plate add the flour, to another the panko. Crack the egg into the third one. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
First dip the surimi stick in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the panko.
Step 3
Dip the coated surimi one more time in the egg mixture and then in panko to make a thicker breading.
Step 4
Repeat with the other surimi sticks.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the surimi sticks and fry for about 2-3 min until crispy and golden brown.

Step 6
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast until golden brown.
Step 7
Slice the salad, tomato and avocado.
Step 8
Spread the bottom bread half with the mayonnaise. Place the salad and tomato slices on top.
Step 9
Then add the fried surimi sticks and avocado.
Step 10
Drizzle on the sriracha mayo and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Step 11
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
