Baked Corvina Fillet
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then spray with cooking oil.
Step 3
Wash then pat dry the fillet then place on the prepared parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil all over the corvina filet then soak with the lemon juice.

Season with salt and black pepper. In addition, you can add garlic powder and paprika but that is totally optional.

Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Tahini Dressing

Whisk together the tahini and water until well combined.
Step 8
Pour in the lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic and continue to whisk.
Step 9
Once the sauce is ready, stir in the minced parsley and enjoy.
