Good. Needs fresh cilantro. Halfed the oil. Needs both avocados. Doubled the corn, whole can.

so good!!! made my chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, and i used roasted corn. so easy and tasty.
Decided to make this with chicken and garlic kievs which I then cut up and had with the salad part. It was so delicious and tasted fresh. Had it for both lunch and dinner the same day so no leftovers.😁 I'll be making it again soon I think! Didn't have cilantro so used parsley. Delicious and a big thumbs up from me ✨️😋
