Instant Pot Pork Roast with Gravy

So easy and tasted so good! Rough chop on the veggies was a good tip so they wouldn’t get so mushy in the Instant Pot. I try to stay lower carb so I used Swerve brown sugar instead of regular. Also, I used wheat flour instead of cornstarch to thicken it up. Even though it looks watery, it still turned out to be a decent gravy. 😊
