Ingredients

1 cupalmond flour

¾ cupmonk fruit sweetener

½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoonbaking soda

½ teaspoonsalt

2eggs
beaten

2 tablespoonsbutter
melted

1 tspvanilla extract

¼ cupsugar-free chocolate chips

3 tablespoonscreamy peanut butter
melted

¼ cupsugar-free chocolate chips
3 tablespoonssugar-free butterscotch chips

3 tablespoonssugar-free white chocolate chips

3 tablespoonspecans
crushed

¼ cupshredded unsweetened coconut

¼ cupmini chocolate chip cookies

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
Step 2
In a large bowl combine almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt
Step 3
Then mix in the egg, butter and vanilla. Lastly mix in the chocolate chips
Step 4
Spread batter into baking pan. Top with melted peanut butter, and use a butter knife to swirl peanut butter into the batter
Step 5
Top with a layer of more chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Press down into batter
Step 6
Bake for 25-27 minutes. As soon as out of oven, press mini cookies into top of brownies
Step 7
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares or bars
