These Protein Breakfast Tacos are such a fun and creative way to get a lot of protein in for breakfast! I love me some regular protein pancakes, but these tacos take it to the next level. They remind me of a McGriddle from McDonalds but healthier! For this recipe, I used the Naked Cake Protein Pancake Mix to make my pancakes and filled my "tacos" with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, a little bit of cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of sugar free syrup. This recipe makes 2 breakfast tacos. The macros below are for one breakfast taco (pancake, eggs, & sausage link). Adjust the macros accordingly depending on how much/if you decide to add shredded cheddar cheese and sugar free syrup.
