Instructions
Step 1
In an oven safe dish (about 8 x 8"), add in your tomatoes so that they're spread evenly. Add the seasonings and the first ounce of olive oil and mix.
Step 2
Place the frozen spinach artichoke dip in the center and add the rest of the olive oil. Cook this in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350°.
Step 3
While the tomato mixture is cooking, cook your pasta according to the package directions until nearly fully cooked.
Step 4
Once the tomatoes and dip are done cooking, add in your pasta and mix everything together! Top with parmesan if you like!
