Delicious! Contrast of tartness from guava with sweetness of the pastry and the cream cheese is not just interesting but tasty. I use 1.5-1.75x guava mixture. Also I end up using 0.5-0.75x of the cream cheese mixture. Make sure to chill cheese mixture before assembling for less mess and spreading.
